“We reap Professionals” Training and Placement Cell in the Institute plays a vital role and is becoming a key department of the Institute. As there are many more Management & Engineering Colleges coming up, the competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one. The Training and Placement Office has come in its inception since quite a long time and is performing activities like arranging implant training for students and inviting various organizations for campus recruitment.
The selection mode adopted by different organizations encompass Written Aptitude Test/ Technical Test, Group Discussions, Personal Interview and final HR Interview.
Activities of Training and Placement
- Conducting soft skills workshops for the overall development & grooming of the students.
- Intensive Campus to Corporate program for student undergoing recruitment process.
- Providing summer training for the students with companies.
- Organizing Guest Lectures by eminent professionals from Industry and corporate business leaders.
The institution promotes the students to get job according to their academic qualification. For this the college has a Corporate Resource Center (placement cell) which is working effectively. Corporate Resource Center provides placement & Training to the all courses (BBA, BCA & B.Ed) Corporate Resource centre promotes the students to get a corporate platform according to their Academic Qualification, Skills & Potentials.
Industrial visit also provided to the students to grab practical knowledge & Industrial Interface.
Students are being prepared for becoming future leaders through – PDP classes, Mock Interviews GD & Extempore etc. Approx. 30 companies & academic institutes visited for the recruitment drive of management, IT and Education Department students.
Industrial visit at Parle India Ltd. was organized to provide students to grab practical knowledge & Industrial Interface. We nurture Industry Institute interaction, by organizing and coordinating frequent industrial visits, implant training and projects of industrial relevance for the students, with the sole aim of zeroing down the gap between the industry and the academia. Students are also given an opportunity to work on live projects in both government and non government firms.
It is a tradition that the recruiting organizations visiting our institute carry out pre-placement talk which are presentations organized by the company itself before the students. These talks allow the students to learn more about the companies.
